THE BRANDOSE STANDARDS.

Give Your Brand The Dose It Needs.

Internal Operating System

Welcome to the Team.

You are here because we believe you are one of the "Good Ones."

Brandose is not just an agency. We are a partner in our clients' success. We create bespoke digital solutions and strong brand identities that distinguish our clients from the competition.

This book is our Constitution.

It applies to everyone. It applies to the Intern on their first day. It applies to the CEO on their worst day. There are no exceptions. These rules exist to guide us when things are easy, and protect us when things are hard.

Read it. Understand it. Own it.

Chapter 1

The 3 Pillars

(Non-Negotiables) These are the filters for every decision we make.

1. Create Useful Solutions

We do not build to boost our ego. We build to solve the client's problem. If it looks good but doesn't work, it is a failure. Usefulness is our currency.

2. Talk Clearly

No jargon. No confusion. No passive-aggressive silence. We speak the truth to our clients and to each other, even when it is uncomfortable. Clarity is kindness.

3. Work with Good People

We hire for character first, skill second. A toxic genius is not welcome at Brandose. We support each other, we teach each other, and we respect the team.

Chapter 2

The Universal Code

Rule #1: The Client is the North Star, We are the Captain.

We listen to the client attentively. We immerse ourselves in their universe. But they hired us to lead. We do not just take orders; we provide the "Dose" they need.

Rule #2: The "In-House" Guarantee.

We take pride in our craft. We do not outsource our core soul. If you are assigned a task, you own it. You are responsible for the outcome, not just the effort.

Rule #3: The Transparent Pulse.

Bad news must travel faster than good news. If you made a mistake, announce it immediately so we can fix it. Hiding a mistake is a fireable offense. Making a mistake is a learning opportunity.

Rule #4: Simple & Effective.

Complexity is the enemy of execution. In code, in design, and in email—if you can explain it in one sentence, do it.

Chapter 3

Hierarchy of Responsibility

At Brandose, titles are not about power. They are about duty.

The CEO & Leadership

Duty

To clear the path.

The Law

The CEO works for the team. If the team fails, leadership failed to provide the tools or clarity. The CEO must respect the 3 Pillars above all else.

Project Managers

Duty

To protect and translate.

The Law

You protect the team from chaos, and you protect the client from technical complexity. You deal in facts, not guesses.

Executors (Creatives & Devs)

Duty

Mastery and Immersion.

The Law

You do not just "finish tasks." You solve problems. Before you submit work, you ask: "Does this distinguish the client from the competition?"

Chapter 4

The Process: The Visual Pipeline

We do not skip steps. Every project flows through this river.

1. Découverte (Discovery)

We listen. We ask. We define the ambition.

2. Recherche (Research)

We analyze the competition. We find the angle.

3. Concepts de Design

We create distinct visual options. We do not copy; we create.

4. Retours (Feedback)

We refine based on clear client input.

5. QA: The "Dose" Check (CRITICAL)

Before delivery, the work is audited against our 3 Pillars.

  • Is it useful?
  • Is it clear?
  • Is it glitch-free?

6. Livraison Finale (Delivery)

We handover with confidence.

Chapter 5

The Back Point

When Things Break. Mistakes will happen. We do not fear them; we manage them.

This is the Automated Protocol for errors.

Step 1: Immediate Containment

Stop the bleeding. Fix the issue immediately. No blaming allowed during the crisis.

Step 2: The Post-Mortem

Within 24 hours, the owner of the mistake writes a simple report:

  • What happened? (Facts)
  • Why did it happen? (Root cause)
  • How do we prevent it forever? (System update)

The Promise: If you follow this protocol, you are safe.
If you hide the mistake, you are in danger.

Chapter 6

Communication Standards

Internal: The Daily Standup

Every morning. 10 minutes.

  • What did I do yesterday?
  • What am I doing today?
  • Am I blocked?

We keep things simple, effective, and human.

Create Useful Solutions.
Talk Clearly.
Work With Good People.
